Winemaker's comments:
Bright and vibrant, this wine is light straw in colour with green highlights. The bouquet shows refreshing aromas of melon, with hints of crisp lemon, gooseberry and attractive oriental spices.
Like all Moondah Brook wines they are crafted to accompany food and to be enjoyed with friends.
Background Information:
Moondah Brook is a contemporary range of varietal wines sourced from premium Western Australian vineyards. As a true expression of each variety, Moondah Brook wines are fruit driven with a spicy, full-flavoured style.
A soft, full palate with hints of fruits is highlighted by flavours of five spice, while the mid palate is smooth and mouthfilling with a gentle acid finish.
Moondah Brook - Bring out the flavour.
What's the Difference?:
Moondah Brook Classic Dry White is a wine that shows all the hallmarks and complexity of a fine Western Australian blend. Chardonnay gives the wine white peach and melon fruit flavours, and is balanced with soft, herbaceous, lemon and gooseberry characters from the Sauvignon Blanc. The Semillon gives clean, fresh, generous flavours and a soft crisp acid finish.
Like all Moondah Brook wines they are crafted to accompany food and to be enjoyed with friends.
