Winemaker's comments:
Bright, vibrant ruby red in colour. This wine displays intense lifted aromas of strawberry and raspberry fruits. Floral aromas of violets, lavender and underlying leafy Cabernet fruit. Fresh, crisp and elegant with lingering sweet berry fruit flavours, adding to a clean finish. This wine is to be served chilled for immediate enjoyment.
Background Information:
Moondah Brook is a contemporary range of varietal wines sourced from premium Western Australian vineyards.
As a true expression of each variety, Moondah Brook wines are fruit driven with spicy full-flavoured styles. Intensity and texture, together with premium WA fruit, make them perfect food wines.
Moondah Brook - Bring out the flavour.
What's the Difference?:
Bottled under a twist cap seal to retain freshness and brightness, this is to avoid cork taint.
As the first release of this product within the Moondah Brook range, the new Cabernet Rose continues the theme of vibrant and distinctive varietal wines.
