Winemaker's comments:

Great depth of colour with youthful purple hues. Vibrant nose of lifted sweet berry fruit, spice, cloves and cracked black pepper supported by toasted sweet vanillin oak complexity. Fresh intense varietal fruit characters with underlying plummy notes.

Youthful fruit structure, fine tannins and a soft sweet fruit core. Flavours of chocolate, aniseed and black fruits lingering for a long fresh finish. A wine of good balance and intensity of varietal fruit.

Cellar for 5-7 years for greater softness and complexity.
